Stroganoff

1 lb ground beef
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder

Egg noodles, cooked

Brown meat with onion over medium high heat. Drain grease. Add soup, sour cream, and salt, pepper, & garlic powder to taste. Serve hot over egg noodles.
