2 to 3 pound pork roast
2 C brown sugar (reserve 1 C)
1 C Worcester sauce
1 tsp powdered ginger
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
2 T minced onion
2 C green enchilada sauce (reserve 1 C)
Serve with tortillas, rice, beans, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, etc.
